The Red Bourbon Variety, a family favorite, has a long history in the coffee world. It is an arabica coffee, similar to the original coffee discovered in Ethiopia. Itś aroma is floral, with citric notes to it. In the cup, it has strong notes of dark chocolate, caramel and faint hints of dried fruits.
